This is unlocked by drinking some of your home brewed Kilju.
Warning: Although not as bad as the bottle of booze, drinking this will get you really drunk. Don't drink it if you have plans for the day, and don't drink it right before bed or you'll wake up with a bad hungover.
Here is a guide on how to brew kilju.
1. Get the brewing bucket. As of the 8/20/19 update this is in the cottage on the island.
2. Fill the bucket with water from the bathroom.
3. Add (6) bags of sugar to the bucket by dropping them in.
4. Put the lid on the bucket, shake it up, and take the lid off.
5. Put (1) packet of yeast into the bucket
6. Replace the lid and shake again. It should start to make a bubbling noise. This is the yeast converting the sugar to alcohol.
7. Leave the bucket alone until the bubbling stops. The last time I made it it took a couple in game days.
8. While you wait, drink a juice and save the empty bottle.
9. Once bubbling stops, remove the lid.
10. Take your empty bottle and dip it into the bucket of kilju. This converts the "Empty Bottle" into "Kilju."
11. Drink that bottle and the achievement will pop.
