    As it says, you need to complete the game(by getting to the yellow button) within 4 minutes. As daunting as this might sound, it shouldn't be a problem if you're at all into speedrunning, with people reportedly getting times below 3 minutes.

    But if you're like me and not that much into speedrunning(or just rather bad at skill based games, also like me), this is still quite doable. I spent 2.5 hours total playing this game before I managed to get this as my last achievement. Just keep going through the game - the fastest way to move through it will naturally become obvious as you play, and you'll have the achievement in no time!
