  Actions

  This achievement is missable and can only be done in Part 4 and you need to play the game on Hard Mode. First, you need to steal the replica flag from the museum on Mêlée Island. Then, you need to swap the flag on the adrift ship with the replica flag you stole. Take note that you need to do it BEFORE you steal the real flag from the museum.

  Actions

  After getting the flag from the Pirate Museum on Meleê Island during part IV, you can examine it in your inventory to find out it's only a replica.
  
  Once you're able to get onto the adrift ship with a scurvy ridden crew, you can get one of the original flags. But instead of just grabbing it, use the replica flag from your inventory on the original flag to perform "the ole switcheroo", and unlock the achievement.
