  This achievement is missable and can only be done in the Part 3. After being tasked with repairing the Sea Monkey, head back to the Giant Monkey Head and pick up all the skulls. Then, repair the ship and the achievement will be yours (when you arrive at Mêlée Island).

  At the end of Part III, Guybrush has to repair his old ship - Sea Monkey. Before doing so, go back to the Giant Monkey Head and collect all the skulls that you used to progress the story. That's it, now go and repair the ship.
