  Go to game settings and then to settings. Click the burger on top of the menu until a bug icon appears on the right. Close the settings and click the icon.

  Go to Game Settings, which is the gear icon from the main UI screen(the same screen for saving then game), then click on the next gear icon for actual game settings. From here, click on the burger icon in the top left 11 times. The dev console button will then appear in the top right. Click the icon to pop the achievement.
