  Spawn at least 1000 people. The easiest way is to hold shift and hold left click so they spawn faster. Make sure the game is paused and infect them all. You may have to wait for it to spread to everyone. If you spawn more people it will take less time.

  First, make sure you have a village with 1000 people in it. You will need it. Second, spread the Plague in the village, and then just wait. Then you should get it.
