Use the pacify method for this achievement. Mission 2 is a good mission for using this method. Go near an enemy and press C to knock out an enemy. Pile a few enemies together and save the game manually. Then place a Teller mine near them and shoot it from afar. Do this a couple times until the achievement pops.
