  This Was Changed To The First In-Game Tier (Instead Of The Last) To Unlock The Steam Achievement.
  - You Must Buy A Single Orange Item From A Wandering Merchant.
  (Wandering Merchant Ships Do Not Count)
  
  When Looking At Your Map, If A Wandering Merchant Is Present Somewhere, A Ship's Wheel Icon Will Be Near The Area/Triport.
