This is actually pretty simple. First thing is to unlock Wireless power towers. This will require 50 blue cubes in the tech tree. Once you have it unlocked you will need to craft and place 2 rows of 4 and a row of 2 on top and on bottom of the two rows of 4. You will want to walk around the center of the towers until the achievement pops. I would recommend you do this near the equator of whatever planet you are on due to the grid shrinking closer to the poles.
