  Pour débloquer le Succès/Trophée "Et ne te Relève pas !" de Little Nightmares 2, vous allez devoir réaliser une action particulière dans l'aile de droite de l'hôpital du Chapitre 03. A plusieurs reprises vous devrez survivre à des mains qui vous attaque, une fois que vous en avez éliminé une, frappez-la 3 fois de plus pour obtenir ce Succès/Trophée.
  
  To unlock the "And Stay Dead" Achievement/Trophy in Little Nightmares 2, you will have to perform a special action in the right wing of the hospital in Chapter 03. On several occasions you will have to survive hands that attack you, once you have eliminated one, hit it 3 more times to get this Achievement/Trophy.

  To get the ...And Stay Dead achievement in Little Nightmares 2 you need to continuously hit the hand that attacks you whilst trying to retrieve the fuse during chapter 3 (the hospital chapter). The easiest way to defeat the hand is to try to swing for it just when it gets close enough, it will jump away from you, just swing again immediately after you miss and your hit should connect.
