To Become A Pirate Legend And Unlock Athena's Fortune, You Must Get At Least Three Of The Four Main Factions To Level 50.
Main Factions Include
- Gold Hoaders
- Order Of Souls
- Merchants Alliance
- Reapers Bones
After You Finish This Time Consuming Feat, Speak To The Mysterious Stranger And Do His Quest.
- Make Sure You Buy The Level 50 Promotions For Whichever Factions You Leveled Up.
At The End Of This Quest Lies Your Achievement, And The Legendary Area In Taverns Will Be Unlocked.
