This achievement is a reference to Valve's earlier game, Team Fortress 2. In order to get this achievement you will need to be in Russell's lair. There will be a tv on a box near the ground and a little figurine of a baseball player just in front of it. When Russell asks you to grab an object to represent them, represent yourself using the figurine.
