  Roll the rock out of the way so that the water runs, map to the rock below:
  

  

  
  Once the rock is moved and the water is running, return to the Shades home to find your new sink.

  In the lower left corner you will find a room with a boulder. Push the boulder aside to find a water faucet. This will provide running water in your home and unlock the achievement.
