Complete the main game without manually closing it - besides when the game forces you to.
When Niko takes a nap, the game will close. This doesn't count as you manually closing the game, so you will still be able to unlock the achievement.
Same goes for when you enter the Tower, and after the Entity makes Niko think you are gone.
