Simple enough. On the first mission, shortly after the initial encounter with the Covenant, you split off with Carter and George to kill Covenant forces in various buildings and areas. There is a car parked up on the side, but just sprint by and complete the objectives on foot. The achievement should complete either at the end of the mission, or once you board the Pelican after defending the trapped UNSC troops and head off to the Comms Facility.
