At the very beginning of the game, after leaving the elevator, you will see a TV on the wall. After a while a red eye with a countdown will appear. You need to wait for 60 seconds. Before the countdown finishes, go back inside of the elevator. You can see a red rectangle on the left side of the elevator's door (from the inside).
Once the count down reaches 0 you will see a crowbar where the red rectangle was, you will have few seconds to grab it so press the button several times until you get it. Colours will disappear at this point.
Go back to the TV, beneath it there is another rectangle. Use the crowbar here and get the device inside of it to get the achievement.
