    Subscribe to any mod through Steam Workshop then in the main menu in-game, go to mods -> accept the agreement -> click the check box next to the mod -> Next -> Single Player -> Set Up Game -> Launch Game and the achievement should unlock!

    I was having trouble getting this achievement to unlock. I finally got it to work by turning off all DLC before starting a new game with the mod on.
