    First, purchase the police inspection in the app "D WWW" on the cafe's computer.

    Then, purchase the BTC Miner from the black market stall in one of the alleyways. Then, place it in your cafe and turn it on. Then, just wait for the day when a cop inspects your cafe, and they will take it from you.
