Most probably requires a second full playthrough I you choose to find out the locations of the dream journal pages yourself without an online guide, as they are well hidden and easily missed.
After finishing the game, replaying the chapters and finding all the pages isn't enough to unlock this achievement.
Start a new game, complete all chapters in one run, then the 8th and last achievement unlocks before the credits roll.
