The game is pretty much dead, so you need to do it with a partner. Start a private match, your partner should go to the middle. Pick up a cyan and a green rune, and use the ability to boost the shriek regeneration. While the meter is filling up go next to your partner, and when the shriek meter is full, shriek at them. You need to do this before the timer reaches 9:20.
