  You can find a bottle of booze in the barn beside the septic tank and tractor. Simply pick up the bottle and hold "use: (default F) and keep holding it until the entire bottle is empty.

  Nowadays, the Booze is inside a present, which is located outside on a table at your uncle's house, the house next to where you spawn.
