  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Continuing along the path instead of entering the cave you'll encounter a broken wagon. You;ll want to inspect the wagon to find a key, and it will automatically advance to the next area. You'll need to inspect the shack in order to enter it using the key you got from the wagon. Once inside you'll want to open the trap door to find a woman that's chained to the wall. You'll need to free her in order to have her kill you and unlock the achievement.
