After entering the Medical Pavilion foyer with signs toward surgery and other offices, you can go right and then left and enter an area with a couple of turrets, one to your left as you turn the corner and one to your right that is in a small narrow office with a couple of file cabinets. Hack either one via the mini-game or buyout and the trophy will pop after. The turret in the middle of the room costs $40 to buyout and the one in the little office will set you back a whopping $10.
