    There Is A Motorcycle Outside The Maintenance Tunnel Entrance In The Central Park.

    Grab It And Head Towards The Lake. (Also Outside In The Park)
    - A Wooden Ramp Is Located On The Outside Of The Lake, So Just Line It Up And Hit The Gas!

    Should Net You The Achievement Upon Landing.
