How to unlock the Loss of Trust achievement

  During the Everett mansion level, enter Everett's bedroom and interact with the mirror in the bathroom to reveal a secret passage. In here you'll find the cryogenically frozen Lucious DeBeers. Talk with him, and then leave and talk with Everett downstairs. Then return to DeBeers and shut down his life support using the security panel next to his pod.

  More specifically, before doing this the player must find Morpheus in the room behind Alex (code 8001), talk to Morpheus, confront Everett about Morpheus, and then kill DeBeer's using the above method.
