During your first visit to Hell's Kitchen, you need to locate Smuggler and talk with him about rescuing his friend Ford Schick who went missing in the sewer tunnels. Enter the sewers through one of three manhole covers around the level and find Ford guarded by many MJ12 troops. Take care of the security and talk with Ford, telling him to make a break for it. Return to Smuggler's and speak with Ford to get this achievement.
