  Sell a house to Dolan Trusk.
  "56 years old, tax official. He's a real Scrooge."
  
  Tips:
  
  Rooms:
  - one bedroom
  - one bathroom
  - one (elegant and impressive) office
  
  Other:
  - bookshelves for his documents and books
  - besides office and hallway, furniture should be cheap
  - no toys
  
  Easy way to get the Achievement:
  
  House: "House that is hiding something"
  Sell everything. Don't clean the house, and don't buy/install new furniture/appliances. The secret may/should be removed.

  Actions

  This is seriously the easiest one to sell to. Any three room house will do. If it has a hallway too all to the good. For the best results/profit try this:
  
  Bathroom: Toilet and Sink. He doesn't care if there is a tub or shower
  Bedroom: Just a bed
  Kitchen: he doesn't want one so you can sell all the kitchen stuff if there is any
  Living Room: He doesn't require one but if you do set one up for for nothing but a cheap sofa and coffee table.
  Office: This is where he cares about quality. Go for the most expensive desk and chair. Add a safe, and any type of bookshelves. I used multiple up hanging shelves and he was happy with that.
