  Sell a house to Chang Choi.
  "20 years old, student. Thinks only about his studies."
  
  Tips:
  
  Rooms:
  - only one bedroom with a study desk
  
  Other:
  - bookshelves for his books
  
  Easy way to get the Achievement:
  
  House: "Abandoned house"
  Remove the garbage and clean the house. Remove the walls to create a big room (except the walls of the bathroom). Remove the sink. Create a children's room (with the help of toys).
  
  In case you still have problems getting the achievement - Tip from <> Magic Mann <>:
  "It helps to remove the bathroom! He does not care about a bathroom in the house and it detours the other buyers you'retrying to avoid.".
  
  Buy the following furniture/items:
  - Bed Peony
  - Desk Anna
  - B-shape chair
  - 2x Cabinet with hanging shelves
  - 3x bunnies

  I used the abandoned house for this one although you can probably use any of the small houses for this. Take out all walls and items so there is only a bathroom and one big room. Cleanup and paint so it's decent but not necessarily fancy. Buy and place these items:
  Mantis bed
  bookcase Kall
  Venne Horizontal Bookcase
  Standard Desk
  Swivel Chair
  Tub, Toilet, and Sink in bathroom
  2-3 Bears, 4 Balls, 4 Bunny Rabbits (big and small)
  The toys are to get rid of the other buyers who would outbid him but don't like kid stuff
