This is trivially easy to get.
Go into skirmish mode.
Pick a lance value of 15.
Pick an Enforcer, Trebuchet and Panther for yourself (only three mechs), and let the opponent have whatever.
With careful play, you'll easily be able to overpower the four light mechs your opponent has.
