You get this achievement for using 5 Energizers. These are items which restore a little (or a lot) of energy to allow you to complete playing. Note that the achievement is earned for actually using energizers, not for buying them. You will likely get a few as bonuses for game play so you could conceivably get this achievement without buying any.
