I would first like it known I had nothing to do with the creation of the guide. Props and credit goes only to Luiz Henrique, all I am doing is sharing what I have found and confirm to work.On to the achievement, Luiz Henrique goes on to describe this exact process to work,
"To do this achievement, you need to have at least 5 playthroughs (check your profile) to unlock the crowbar in the inventory.
In the beginning of the game, choose "I would like a custom Alice"
In the custom menu, do the distribution of points in this way:
Survival: 2 points
Fitness: 2 points
Social Life: 2 points
Supplies: 3 points
Career: 0 point
Dating: 0 point
Finish customizing and start the game
Choose the options:
"I went online to find out what was going on"
"The Fallout Shelter seemed like the best option"
In the Inventory Screen, take these itens:
Take food
Take food

Take First Aid Kit
Take Flashlight
Take Crowbar
Choose the options:
"I tried talking my way in"
"I decided to take the Queen up on her offer"

"I asked her who the hell put her in charge"
