  This achievement is missable.
  Start a game on casual dificulty, then in chapter 1 go to Rabi-Ribi Park and talk to that girl.
  

  

  
  She will ask you if you want to lower the difficulty. Say "yes".
  She will ask you if you want to increase the difficulty. Say "no".
  (I don't remember the order of the questions)
