  In act 3: Fission once you acquire the CI Splitter use it on the Food Machine and the Drink Machine. Now use it on the Maid and change her personalities to be one of each. The Maid, Chef, and Barman. Have a few conversations with each personality type and once you exit the the convo with the final personality the achievement should pop.
