On the Santa's Rampage map go into Santa's office to the right of the fireplace and in his office you should find Santa's shotgun on the desk. Pick it up and place it into your blue box to take it back to your office. You can clock out now or complete the level and clock out then. Once you arrive back at the office after you clock out it will unlock the achievement
