How to unlock the Assist Attack achievement

  This achievement can be annoying, but with two controllers or a boosting partner it is made quite easy. Start an arcade game with default settings and pick The Fatal Fury Team (Terry, Andy and Joe... in that order).
  
  When the match begins, press start on a second controller. You will then be taken back to the character selection screen so that the second player can pick their characters. The second player can pick anyone, it doesn't matter.
  
  Have the second player trip you repeatedly (Down+B, or Down+SK) until you are dizzy. Do not kick again after player one has become dizzy. While your character is dizzy, press RB (LP+LK+SP). Upon doing this, one of your teammates will come in and attack.

  *(This method uses atleast one extra controller)*
  Start up ARCADE PLAY. Choose your team (I think any characters work, I chose Terry, Andy and Joe).
  Press Start on your second controller or keyboard (default for keyboard is "E"). Choose Choi and any other two characters. Go all the way to the left with both characters. Start tripping Player 1 (in my case Terry) using Player 2 (Choi). Keep doing it untill you stun Player 1. Once you're stunned, press LB (L1) or whatever your binding for LP+LK+SP is. You will now perform an assist attack and unlock the achievement.
