To get this achievement, just hit the F key to meow 500 times. I've found that the best way to do it is to occassionally hit it a few times every so often while I'm playing. Try not to just sit there and mash it, as I think the game notices and doesn't count most of them if you do that (either that or you have to let the whole sound effect play)
