There are three hotels throughout the game. In each hotel, Room 801 - the first door on each floor when going to your room - is always open. Go into each of the three rooms, and go to the nightstand on the left of the bed. Enter/Space to interact and read a note in each three.
Once you've read all three, the achievement will pop.
