To receive this ending, DO NOT BEFRIEND EVE.
This achievement is very similar to Capital Punishment, with a few tweaks.
- Firstly, kill Buck with the fire extinguisher on your initial Training Day.
- Do NOT listen to Eve's initial dialogue when she is in the Ground Floor Lobby of the Apartments, and do NOT visit her in the Relaxation room.
- Go through the normal game routine after this point, up through when you obtain the Safe Key from Eve's room, and you get the two Key Cards to gain access to the Lower Levels.
- Make your way through the Lower Levels, do NOT spend any of your ammo!
- Once you exit the Facility, keep making your way left past the gate. Make sure you have attempted to fire your gun once so that Tom reloads his clip!
- Once you are beyond the gate and into the woods, you will see the gangsters that killed you from the Capital Punishment ending. This time, make sure to kill them by shooting them! Fire three shots in succession.
- Make your way to the Train Station and watch the ending unravel.
