  This can be achieved in Sandbox mode (New Game > Sandbox). Break enough plates by throwing them on a similar area on the floor (I used 20 plates). On the laptop on the table, toggle on the "Fairy Touch" perk (Perks > Fairy Touch). This will spawn a Magic Wand on the table. Pick it up and, whilst holding said wand, press the 'E' keyboard whilst hovering over your broken plates.
