You need to kill an enemy with a thrown EMP or scramble grenade

If you have the prod, this is very easy to do early on. In my case, I simply shocked an NSF soldier in the chest first to stun him, then chucked an EMP grenade right at his head. On Normal with all skills untrained, this was enough to kill him.
