Completed in 'Landed in Prison', towards the end you have to stealth kill some mobs in Sinister's throne room before killing him.

Pretty simple, as it says get a stealth kill with each melee weapon (sword, sais and hammers).

The first guy (outside the room itself) doesn't count, so there are only three to kill.
