You need to search the "Quickplay" mode for this achievement. After the 4th rift (clues on the ground - find them by using your dark sight) closed, you will become the wellspring carrier so that everyone is going after you.
Keep in mind that you can not collect any more rifts after someone else has activated the wellspring!
This is a little bit of a grind, because obviously there is a maximum of 4 rifts per game, but after some time you will get there.
