During the 4th quest of SOLA DLC, "Dance for me", you will have to pass a grid by powering it from a another button after your have explored the inside of the building (there also one weapon mod near the workbench inside "concussion".
The card "Ram" will be found in front of you on a barrel, near a big dead crusher in front of the swimming pool.

After the card is aquired, equip it (its a abillity skill, place in a LB+RB slot (the 3rd slot to be exact), then you will can use a meat grenade/bomb to attract 5 zombies or just attract them in a group of 5 without the bomb and then use LB + RB to apply the skill.

PS : It doesnt say to kill zombies with the abillity, just to use on 5 zombies with nice health.
