What worked for me was just doing manufacturer challenges which are tracked.
Basically:
Pick one manufacturer and stick with it
Do their challenges (like get 100 kills with Dahl weapons in short burst)
By the time I finished one of those, the game sent me that manufacturer’s loyalty mail
After that, I just moved on to the next manufacturer and did the same thing until the achievement pops.
