this is pretty straight forward, on the necroa virus, infect the world without evolving any zombie symptoms. i stayed atleast 1 away from the first zombie symptom and devolved any that got within 1 of the zombie symptom. it takes a while but you can eventually kill off everyone and get the achievement.
