Antlions are found disguised as a piece of luggage in a sand pit in the first area of the Mesa biome. If you approach the luggage you will slide towards it and the antlion will attack and bounce you away. You must climb out of the pit after being damaged by the antlion and then walk a certain amount away from the pit without going unconscious.
