This requires reaching and beat Level 200 in Shuffle Challenge, after unlocking all the skins by completing other challenges like all puzzles and all missions, etc. The game will immediately end among completion of 200 levels.
This personally took me 52:53, but I feel like I flew through it, I wouldn't be surprised if this took up to 1.5 hours.
