In order to buy everything in Porkrind's Shop, you need to find every coin in the game, which can be found in the map and in the Run n' Gun stages, here's a guide for finding them all:

Once you have all the Coins, buy everything in the Shop and the achievement is yours

Note: If you have the DLC, don't buy the following items:
-Converge
-Crackshot
-Twist Up
-Broken Relic
-Heart Ring

These do not count for the achievement, if you buy any of them, you'll have to collect the Coins from the DLC to buy the ones necessary for the achievment.
