This achievement is bugged.
What you do is find the first barrel in the first village of the game. It's a big brown barrel with purple stuff coming out of it when you destroy it.
Quick Save ---) Destroy
Reload ----) Destroy the same barrel
Reload ---) Destroy the same barrel
..
Do this 10 times the game count it as a new barrel everytime you reload.
Note : This is not cheating the achievement is bugged and won't unlock for several people if done the correct way.
