"Deliver a boat to a marina in Washington"

You need to deliver a boat to one of the Sea Horizon areas.
PEACEMAK3RPlease keep in mind that the actual delivery is called "Boat." No other forms of boats count towards this. Went through 3 trips wondering why it didn't pop.
